Professional Consultation/Referral
Are you a physician or healthcare provider struggling to deal with complex and chronic pain patients? School and Student Programs
Are you concerned about student resilience and anxiety? An unhealthy relationship with physical or emotional pain will promote fear, anxiety, and avoidance. Using current pain science and effective tools, Meredith will create personalized leadership, staff, or student education sessions that will positively shift individual and group wellness education to promote healthy responses to physically and emotionally painful experiences. Empowered with understanding and tools, staff and students will see pain as an opportunity for growth and have the skills to tackle both physical and emotional pain effectively. Comprehensive Evaluation

Discuss your pain and how it impacts your life and goals. Comprehensive evaluation to assess areas of concern. Education on areas of restriction, weakness, altered function as well as pain and your nervous system and how they all impact your goals and symptoms. Initial treatment will have you leaving with an understanding of how you got here and your path to recovery. Overview of the timeline and treatment plan curated specifically for you. Includes follow up email with detailed explanation of the plan, description and pictures of exercises. Portal access for follow up questions. This session is the right fit for you if you are in the greater Wilmington, DE area and are struggling to find effective treatment for your pain. Can be a stand alone if you are looking for consultation on your current care.
Private In-Person Physical Therapy Follow Up Session

Each plan is tailored specifically to you, your time, and your budget and may include manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, neuromuscular coordination, mindfulness, education on home care, pain, ergonomics, exercise progression and more. A home exercise program and portal access to Meredith between visits assures a positive outcome. This is the right fit if you are in the greater Wilmington, DE area and have completed the comprehensive evaluation.
Virtual Pain Coaching

Do you struggle with pain and live outside the greater Wilmington, DE area? Virtual sessions provide tools so that you can understand your body and learn how to effect change in order to finally break out of the pain cycle and meet the goals that are meaningful to you. First session will focus on learning about you and your goals so we can create an individual plan.
